Anil is a Masters in business Administration (MBA In finance) and the founding director of the Company having more than 12 years of experience in Income taxes, Indirect taxes, statutory & Internal audits besides being involved in the other services of the firm including Risk & Assurance services. He handles corporates clients across wide range of industries. He specializes in Controllership service, Assurance, Direct Tax and Secretarial Compliances. Anil has previously worked with Mazars, a global assurance, accounting and consulting firm.  He has also worked with Keshav Exports Private Limited in F & A operations and mid size CA firms in Bangalore.

Ajay is an Masters in business Administration (MBA In finance) having more than 8 years of experience in Indirect Taxes and Financial Controllership.  He specializes in Indirect Tax compliances. Ajay has previously worked with Deccan herald also called The Mysore printers Private Limited in F & A operations and mid size Companies in Bangalore.

Pavithra is a Bachelor of commerce and Accounting Technician having more than 6 years of experience in  Financial Controllership and Internal Audit. She specializes in Accounting and Compliances. Pavithra has previously worked with Financial Institution (Canara Bank) as internal audit coordinator,  and mid size CA firms in Bangalore.
