Anil is a Masters in business Administration (MBA In finance) with CA and the founding director of the Company having more than 20 years of experience in Income taxes, Indirect taxes, statutory & Internal audits besides being involved in the other services of the firm including Risk & Assurance services. He handles corporates clients across wide range of industries Prior to founding of firm, Anil has worked with various reputed and leading chartered accountants in Bangalore in various accounting, payroll, company set-ups and different types of audit and assurances services. He specializes in Controllership service, Assurance, Direct Tax and Secretarial Compliances. Anil has previously worked with Mazars, a global assurance, accounting and consulting firm. He has also worked with Keshav Exports Private Limited in F & A operations and mid size CA firms in Bangalore.
